How to easily remove scratches
Dear friends, our bag will inevitably have some accidents during the production process, which will cause some scratches on the bag, but do n’t worry, the scratches can be wiped off with the hand cream commonly used in our lives. Large scratches need to be wiped several times.
Items in one order can ship from different warehouses and arrive on different days - you are never charged twice for delivery when that happens. If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, or the parcel arrives damaged, tell us and we will replace it or refund you in full.
To start a return, email us your order number - we reply within 1 business day with the return address. Please do not post anything back before then.
