2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and be able to enter a binding contract.
3. Products and descriptions
Product images and descriptions come from our suppliers. We work to keep them accurate, but colours vary between screens and packaging is occasionally updated by the manufacturer. Minor differences of that kind do not make a product faulty. If an item is materially different from its description, our returns policy applies.
4. Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes where stated at checkout. Delivery charges are shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted.
Import duties and taxes charged by your country are not included and are your responsibility.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send you a confirmation that the item has been dispatched. If we cannot accept an order – stock has gone, a price was clearly wrong, we cannot deliver to your address, or the payment fails our fraud checks – we will tell you and refund anything you have paid in full.
6. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
7. Delivery
Items are dispatched by our suppliers, so an order with several items may arrive in more than one parcel, on different days, at no extra cost to you. Delivery estimates are in our Shipping Policy and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery.
8. Cancellations and returns
Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
9. Using this site
You may not use the shop to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it systematically, or to submit false orders. We may suspend access if you do.
10. Intellectual property
The Pickwell name, logo, site design and original copy belong to us. Product images and manufacturer copy belong to their respective owners and are used to describe the goods we sell.
11. Reviews and submissions
If you post a review you confirm it reflects your genuine experience and that you have the right to post it. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive or misleading, but we do not edit reviews to make them more favourable.
12. Liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not liable for business losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded – including your statutory rights as a consumer.
13. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, customs holds, extreme weather or supplier failure. We will tell you and, where the delay is substantial, you may cancel and receive a refund.
14. Governing law
