Cancelling before dispatch
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will cancel and refund in full, as long as the supplier has not already dispatched the parcel. After dispatch, treat it as a return.
Your 30-day return window
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unused, in resalable condition and in their original packaging with any tags attached.
If you are in the EU or the UK you also have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Our policy is in addition to that right, not instead of it.
How to start a return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and what you want to return.
- We reply within 1 business day with the correct return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you have them – parcels sent to the wrong address cannot be refunded.
- Send the item back and give us the tracking number.
Who pays the return postage
If the item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we pay – we will send a prepaid label or refund your postage. If you simply changed your mind, return postage is yours to pay.
Refunds
We refund within 5 business days of the return arriving and passing inspection, to the original payment method. Your bank may take a further 3-10 days to show it. We refund the price of the goods, and the original delivery charge too when the return is our fault.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Tell us within 30 days of delivery, with a photo. You choose a free replacement or a full refund, including delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Exchanges
The quickest way to swap a size or colour is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.
What cannot be returned
- Items sealed for health or hygiene reasons once the seal is broken.
- Personalised or made-to-order items.
- Perishable goods.
- Anything returned damaged, used, or without its original packaging, where that damage is not our fault.
None of this limits your rights if the goods are faulty or not as described.
